What about professional courses (medicine, architecture, etc.)?

• 2026-27 tracks: The current applications cover Class 11-12 and General Graduation / Polytechnic / Diploma / ITI. Professional degrees such as MBBS or B.Arch don't have a separate track in the 2026-27 listing.
• Professional-degree track: In earlier cycles, Tata Capital offered a dedicated track for specialised disciplines, including medicine, veterinary medicine, aerospace engineering, architecture, mathematical sciences, astrophysics and quantum physics.
• Benefit under that track: 80% of tuition fees, up to ₹1,00,000.
• Eligibility under that track: a higher minimum marks requirement, and annual family income up to ₹2.5 lakh.

Scholarship Amount: How Much Will You Get?

The scholarship is the lower of (a) a percentage of your tuition/course fee or (b) the fixed cap for your marks slab.

Example: A diploma student scored 85% and pays ₹20,000 a year in tuition. 90% of the fee is ₹18,000, but the cap for the 80–90% slab is ₹15,000. The scholarship is the lower figure, ₹15,000. The final amount is confirmed after selection.
